The Gothic Revival buildings at 92-98 Fourth Avenue were designated individual NYC landmarks in 1977. No. 92 was built in 1902 as the Grace Church clergy house by the architectural firm of Heins & LaFarge. Grace Memorial House at No. 94-96 was built in 1882-83 and designed by James Renwick, Jr. No. 98 was built 1906-07 and designed by Renwick, Aspinwall & Tucker in the Gothic Revival style within the Tudor tradition.
