Next door (right) is the Majestic Theater, vacant and listed for rent. Today, the Majestic building is home to the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Harvey Theater (which maintains many interior details of the original theatre), while the Strand is now the BRIC house, a non-profit arts performance space.
