"Whoop-Dee-Doo" was billed as a musical extravaganza set in Paris. It ran for 151 performances in 1903 and 1904. The review in the New York Times noted: "There were times when the convulsions of laughter drowned out every second joke for all those behind the first few rows."

Leased to Weber & Fields in 1896, this hall became one of New York's most popular places of entertainment. When the comedians temporarily dissolved their partnership in 1906, it was renamed Weber's theater. In 1912, it became a motion picture theater and was razed in 1917. An office building was erected on the site.

Manhattan: Broadway - 30th Street (West) Broadway, west side, south from West 30th Street, show prominently Daly's Theatre. This was opened as Banvard's Museum in 1867, and during the succeeding twelve years, it was known as Wood's Museum and Metropolitan Theatre, Wood's Museum and Menagerie, and the Broadway Theatre. In it's early days it was both a museum and a playhouse, and in the early 70's it was the home of burlesque. Augustin Daly took possesion, remodelled it, and gave it its present name in 1879. It was again remodelled in 1891. The wing to 29th Street was added in 1892. Demolished in 1920, it was replaced with an 8 story office building. About 1905 H. N.
