May Day

Girls in white dresses on the north Long Meadow. There are maypoles with attached streamers. Two girls play catch with a ball in the foreground. In the background is the tower of the Mount Prospect reservoir. Circa 1910. Photographer S. J. Whelan. Accompanying documentation suggest this is field day, not May Day.
