Portrait (pen and ink drawing) of Sally Maria Diggs, known as "Pinky," sitting on floor. On right: stool with shawl and fur rug on floor. On left: small chest open, cloth on top. "Pinky," a slave girl, was freed from slavery by Henry Ward Beecher at Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims, 75 Hicks Street, in 1860.
