William Boerum House - Yellow, shingled house on the east side of White Pot Road (now Dane Place) just south of Exeter St. Owned by Wm. Boerum 1852, Boerum 1860, Mrs. Boerum Estate 1873, Miller 1896. Ed England was owner in 1923, and Werner was the occupant 1922. At the rear of the house was a shed and a well-house, to the left of house in the background is part of the Forest Hills Stadium.
