William Boerum House
Newtown - William Boerum House - Forest Hills William Boerum House - Showing barn and outbuildings on the east side of White Pot Road (now Dane Place) just south of Exeter St. (near current intersection of Fleet St. and Yellowstone Blvd.) Ed England was owner in 1923, and Werner was the occupant in 1922. The property was sold to Pennsylvania Railroad in 1923, along with many other houses in the area.

Boerum 1852, Boerum 1860, Mrs. Boerum Estate 1873, Miller 1896. Ed England was owner in 1923, and Werner was the occupant 1922.

Newtown - White Pot Road - Forest Hills White Pot Road - (this part now Fleet St.) view looking NE along White Pot Road (Fleet St. and Dane Place beyond the curve) from the Long Island Railroad Tracks (no longer there now greenspace between Alderton St. and Selfridge St.), running parallel with Alderton St. Hiram Miller built the house on the right and an 1896 map lists his name here. William Boerum House is on the right (south side) of the road beyond the bend near Exeter St.
