William Boerum House - On the east side of White Pot Road (now Dane Place) just south of Exeter St. Owned by Wm. Boerum 1852, Boerum 1860, Mrs. Boerum Estate 1873, Miller 1896. Ed England was owner in 1923, and Werner was the occupant in 1922. The property was sold to Pennsylvania Railroad in 1923. Photo taken April 1923.
