197 to 185 Madison Ave., east side, south from East 35th to 34th Streets, showing a row of houses, Nos. 197 to 189, that will be demolished and the site improved by a 14-story apartment house, to be known as No. 20 East 35th Street. This new structure will occupy the entire upper portion of this block front exclusive of the N.E. corner of East 34th Street where upon stands the 16estory Cameron Building, No. 195.
