Manhattan: 35th Street (East) - Madison Avenue East 35th Street, south side, east from Madison to Park Aves., and showing on the right side a structure that will be demolished in conjunction with several other Madison Ave. buildings. Upon this corner site will rise a 15-story apartment house that will be known as 20 East 35th Street. On the extreme left is a vacant lot at the rear ofan apartment house at the S.W. corner of Park Ave. July, 22, 1937. P. L. Sperr.

Manhattan: 34th Street (East) - Park Avenue 49 East 34th Street, north side, between Park and Madison Avenues. This building, as shown, had just received the Silver Medal awarded annually by the Fifth Avenue Association for the second prize altered building. This building and the Gold Medal appear together in the New York Times on December 20, 1925, but with an incorrect captions stating the address as being 27 East 57th Street.
