This elaborately-detailed Renaissance Revival style office building at 80-82 Fifth Avenue/2-4 West 14th Street was designed in 1908 by Buchman and Fox. It housed the headquarters of the nation’s first gay rights organization, along with trailblazing labor, civil rights, and social justice organizations.
