This nine-story neo-Renaissance apartment building was constructed in 1925 and designed by Helmle, Corbett, & Harrison. Architectural renderer Hugh Ferriss, who envisioned urban utopia in his celebrated book The Metropolis of Tomorrow, and the actor who played Mr. Big in Sex and the City, resided here.
