Construction of the New York Athletio Club, Seventh Avenue, east side, from 58th to 59th Streets, also showing the north side of 58th Street looking west from Seventh Avenue. At the right and centre are the Salamanca and Barcelona, two of the 58th Street Spanish Flats. These will soon give way to the Essex House.
