6-12 Lafayette Place (currently at 383 Lafayette Street).

According to an 1884 article in the Times, no. 8 Lafayette (the home set back on the right) was a boarding house run by Maria Higgins. The pair of wood-frame structures survived until at least 1911 but were gone by 1916, replaced by the current 383 Lafayette Street.
