Village Preservation83 Second Avenue Building Date : 1844-1845 Original Use : Residential Original Owner : Anson Phelps Original Architect : Unknown Description & Building Alterations This 5 story brick row house was constructed in circa 1844-45. The facade was rebuilt sometime after the mid 1980s. Earlier alterations included the removal of the stoop and the installations of storefronts in 1904.
