125-127 East 4th Street Building Date : 1903 Original Use : Residential/Commercial Original Owner : Hillman & Golding Original Architect : Sass & Smallheiser Description & Building Alterations This six-story building was constructed in 1903 for stores on the first floor and dwellings on the upper floors for 28 families. Architects Sass & Smallheiser designed the building for Hillman & Golding.

Its facade features projecting side bays, elaborate window enframements, ornamental beltcourses, a bracketed cornice with pediments above the side bays, and entrance enframements with a door hood.

Upon conversion into condominiums, the new lot number is 7501.
