This Italianate wood-frame home was likely built in the middle of the 19th century. According to census data the home was occupied in 1940 by Anna Doving, age 55, and three lodgers. Much like many of the large single family homes built in the 19th century, by the early/middle of the 20th century, it had been converted to multi-family or lodging residences.
