Pickwick Arms, ca. 1925.

This five-story Tudor style apartment building has an imposing look that is the result of siting on a triangle lot and having a angular north facing facade that seems to be jutting out. Built in 1923, the exterior of the building remains very well preserved, though the window awnings and flag pole have been removed.
