04 is at 72nd and Lexington (walking west on the corner towards Lex). The grates are around the corner from the entrance to the Chase bank.

I found these photos in an old album that's been pulled out of storage after I got engaged (!) ... Photos 01/02/03 are me and my mom (holding me up in 03), taken around April '93 if I'm reading the numbers right. I think we were just on your average weekend stroll.

Photo 04 I think is that same summer of '93, although I can't be sure. Again, me and my mom (at left with the excellent pants). I suspect my dad took all 4 of these photos.

Photo 05 we'd love to figure out if it's Carl Schurz or Central Park, but honestly I know that's a tough one. I think it's on me to walk the length of the parks some Saturday and figure it out! My dad is on the left, my cousin, visiting from Mumbai, is on the right. Either my mom or his mom (my dad's sister) took this picture -- probably my mom. This was their first visit to the states, where my dad had been living since the mid-70's. My cousin has since moved to the U.S. as well for school and then work, which is sort of exciting to us -- the dream started here!
