Reconstruction work on the Fulton Street roadway, beneath the Fulton Street El tracks, September 22, 1919.

Both the BMT Fourth Avenue and IRT Eastern Parkway lines run beneath Fulton Street, now a pedestrian walkway in Columbus Park, adjacent to Brooklyn Borough Hall. The buildings at left — including the Baltimore Dairy Lunch counter, No. 389 Fulton — have since been razed.
