Buildings at the southeast corner of Thompson and West Houston Streets; July 2, 1929.

Signage for the corner building's storefront touts "Building Coming Down" fire sale prices, ahead of the razing of the entire southern blockfront for subway and street widening work.

The white brick building at far right is 152-154 Thompson Street, which today sits at the Houston Street corner.
