Waterside Plaza, ca. 1979.

The Waterside Plaza includes four residential towers, designed by the Davis, Brody & Associates firm, and completed in 1974. The development sits east of FDR drive atop the “Bristol Basin,” a section of East River landfill that built from the rubble of buildings in Bristol, England destroyed in World War II bombing.
