No. 67 Riverside Drive is the double tower apartment building with the window awnings seen at the far left. Called "The Riverdale" the building was completed in 1906. It was designed by George Fredrick Pelham in the Beaux Arts style. The apartments that front Riverside Drive have small, shallow balconies (called Juliet balconies). A 1908 advertisement for the building states that the apartments are being rented for $2,000 to $3,500 a year.
