Miller Original Architect : Unknown Description & Building Alterations This Pre-Law tenement was built in 1878. While on the maps it appears to be a “dumbbell” Old-Law tenement, it was expanded over time, thus giving it that appearance. In the 1897 Bromley map, the original condition of the building is apparent.
