Court Street buildings, including the unusual Neo-Tudor at No. 93, June 21, 1959.

The steep, shingled gable and detailed brickwork at No. 93 stand out from the neighborhood's more common brick and brownstone structures, and the Art Deco skyscrapers closer to Borough Hall. The Tudor outlier was built by architects Martyn Weinstein and Samuel Malkind in 1927. Its exposed beams have long since been covered by stucco and, at present, the building is without Landmarks protection.
