310 West 80th Street (at right), ca. 1900.
Constructed between 1899 and 1901, James Ware (the creator of the "dumbbell tenements") designed this Beaux Arts apartment building. Today the well-kept apartment house is part of the Riverside Drive- West 80th-81st Street Historic District.
