This Stanford White-designed Italian Renaissance Revival mansion was completed in 1892 for James Hampden Robb, a veteran of city and state politics and New York City Parks Commissioner at the time of construction.
The house was acquired by the Advertising Club of New York in 1923, and converted to co-op residences in 1977.
