Be a good skate, wontcha?

Caption: "Be a good skate, wontcha?--'Sorry,' says Patrolman John O'Hara, on duty at Prospect Park to the pleas of Donald Boe, 14, of 582 7th Ave., who is searching for a place to try out his Christmas skates. The danger sign near the lake seems to lend authority to the officer's argument." Image includes snow-covered ground and street light in foreground.
