These three apartment houses were built during the years 1922-24, No. 67 on the N.E. corner of 38th Street, on the site of the old Charles D. Barney residence, being the first. Behind it hrises the colored tower of own House Apartments at 108 East 38th Street, built in 1930. In the foreground the old houses on the S.W. corner of 39th Street are being demolished.
