Caption: "Going down pardner? Joan Crosby of the Eagle staff inspects one of the diving suits to be used by underwater welders during the Eagle's Navy Yard Exhibit. Through portholes, visitors will be able to watch the underwater welding, as practiced in the Navy Yard, and talk to the divers by a special communications system."
