Lexington Ave. & 54th St., 5/19/1911 An exterior photograph displaying Lexington Avenue and 54th Street. Streetcars, automobiles, and horse drawn carriages are visible. Apartment houses and first floor businesses flank each side of the street. Lamp posts, a street sign, and a painted striped column are fixed on the street corner in the foreground of the photograph. There seem to be a series of fissures in the street.
