Typed caption on 0313: "The bridge is named after General Casimir Pulaski who served with the American Army in the Revolution and was mortally wounded during the siege of Savannah, 1779." Inscription on 0314: "Opened to traffic on Sept. 10, 1954." 0313 is not dated.
