113 First Avenue; 86-88 East 7th Street Building Date : 1852 Original Use : Residential Original Owner : James Sparrow Original Architect : Unknown Description & Building Alterations This five-story brick tenement was originally built in 1852 as a house and probably altered into a tenement before 1887. The present facade features a simple molded cornice, molded lintels and rectangular sills. The original storefront was altered in 1887.
