It was yellow, and partly re-shingled, and rebuilt about 1860. Located on the west side of the White Pot Rd. (Yellowstone Blvd.) near Dartmouth St. Belonged to Richard Sprague Jr. 1852, Mrs. Boerum Estate 1873.
