Manhattan: 125th Street (West) - Amsterdam Avenue Manhattanville: The home of James, Abraham J. and Richard H. Pettits (according to the New York City Record Part 4 of 1887 and 1888, List of registered voters of the 19th Assembly District, the 35th Election District.) This set back frame structure bore No. 77 Manhattan Street which now is No. 515 West 125th Street, north side, west ofAmsterdam (formerly 10th) Ave. Unknown date.

Manhattan: 125th Street (West) - Amsterdam Avenue Manhattanville: The home of Isaac A. Hooper, City Councilman from Carmansville in 1856-57. The late John J. Hooper, Register of the County of New York, lived here in his early boyhood, when this structure bore No. 75 Manhattan Street. It later became No. 513 West 125th Street, north side, west of Amsterdam (former Tenth ) Ave. Today (1937), an apartment house stands on this site, and has from prior to 1922. Unknown date.
