Manhattan: Greenwich Street - Christopher Street (1) Clearing, 1-7 Christopher Street at the N.W. corner of Greenwich Avenue (right). A new apartment building is to be erected. Nos. 1 to 7 Christopher Street and 3-13 Greenwich Avenue were demolished for its site. No. 15 Greenwich Avenue, an old fourstory brick house, was not carefully shored up when No. 13 was demolished, and conseguently collapsed. For some years following its site will remain vacant. October 13, 1930. P. L. Sperr. (2) No. 1 (1-7) Christopher Street, the completed building, beginning ita first season, a year later, seen across the parking space at the S.W. corner where 1-5 Greenwich Avenue and 2-6 Christopher Street used to stand.
