the S.E. corner of 9th Street.
The vacant 1ot on the N.E. corner of 10th Street was left by the demolition (since 1902) of 65 University Place (old No. 35) and 23 East 10th Street. This lot will remain vacant till nearly 1925,
when a 6-story building will be erected on it.
