The transit is set upon the intersection of end of street and 12.37 feet north offset line of south line of Arrietta Street. Man with notebook and the rail slots for fence rails immediately beside him are on the north side of permanent easement. The corrugated iron building in foreground (left) is known as pier shed 6 of American Dock Co. The concrete building at the right of picture is the new main office of that company. July 22, 1915.
