Vernon Boulevard North at 50th Avenue, 1931. Banca Commerciale Italiana (on the corner at right) operated in New York City from 1928 until 1939. It served the Italian immigrant and first generation population of Long Island City, most of whom immigrated from one particular town called Nusco, in the south of Italy near Naples.

\[Long Island City Terminus, Queens, NY (Graham Avenue Line)] Photo of trolley tracks in between two buildings at the Long Island City Terminus in Queens, New York. The tracks are part of the Graham Avenue Line. An entranced to the subway that reads "Interborough Rapid Transit Company" can be seen. A number of neighborhood businesses are pictured across the street, including an army surplus store, a stationary store, and store called Noral Food Shops. The terminus was located in the area of Vernon Boulevard and what is now 50th Ave., in the same area as the Vernon-Jackson IRT station.
