Newtown - J. Tompkins House - Rego Park

J. Tompkins House - The west and south sides of the J. Tompkins House on the south side of old No. 64 Old Mill Rd. (63rd Road), as seen from 99th St. (formerly Marlowe Ave.) It was owned by J. Tompkins 1852, then Ascan Backus (1860, 1873), then Lever (Mary Elizabeth Backus, Daughter of Ascan, Married J. Howard Lever in 1874). The house was gone by May 1926.
