Public School approimately in the area of East 102nd and East 105th Streets between Madison and Fifth Avenues NYC. The photo was taken in 1970 so the school may not be there anymore. The photo was taken by my buddy "Willie" who was attending Manhattan Community College and was in the school's student photography club.
