82 Washington Place, ca. 1975. Rendered in a French Beaux-Arts style, this six-story apartment building was completed in 1903 by architects Horenburger & Straub. Famous residents have included author Willa Cather and urbanist and Robert Moses adversary Jane Jacobs.
