Minding Brooklyn's Tots: The Colony House
Story
In 1917, a New England Society committee organized what was then called " the Colony House Guild" in order to take care of the children of factory girls and women. The Brooklyn Daily Eagle documented the Colony House’s work with the borough’s children.
