Newtown - H. Vanderveer House - Rego Park

H. Vanderveer House - The Yellow Vanderveer House on the south side of north Hempstead Turnpike (aka Old Mill Rd., now 63rd Road), a little west of 98th St., opposite and a little west of the Kouwenhoven House. Was known as No. 46 Old Mill Rd. Mrs. Vanderveer owned in 1852, P. Vanderveer 1860, G. & P. Vanderveer 1873, G.W. Vanderveer 1891, and F. Simonson 1896.
