Seek tip on glamour

Caption: "Seek tip on glamour--Contestants for the title of 'Sweetheart of Omega Gamma Delta' fraternity at Manual Training High School [located at 237 Seventh Avenue] seek advice from Charlotte Manson, glamour girl of CBS, on how to bring out their finest qualities. The selection will be made by popular vote at a dance to be held tonight at the Brooklyn Elks Club. Shown ... are Thomas Killeen, chairman of the committee [standing behind microphone]; Mary Livingstone, Miss Manson, Hortense McCleary, and Peggy Keyser." The school changed its name in 1960 to John Jay High School, and its name changed again in 2001 to Secondary School for Law Journalism and Research.
