Motorists beware Two boys walking along former sidewalk on tree-lined street in Mill Basin; truck on street; houses and parked automobile in background; stones and stakes on road margins in foreground. Caption: "Motorists beware -- Piles of rocks in foreground were placed there by irate home owners. The barriers, located on what formerly was a sidewalk on North side of Mill Ave. near Avenue T, are to keep cars and trucks off path. Earth fill placed over 11 streets in Mill Basin section has left residents in a cloud of dust."
