Board of Water Supply. Laying water distribution pipes. Beaver Engineering and Contracting Company, contractor. View taken opposite 126 Hooper Street, just east of Bedford Avenue, looking east. Showing the condition of the pavement after the excavating and pipe laying machinery had completed the steel pipe laying operations. The pavement in this block was laid in 1895. June 22, 1925.
