Broadway - View south on Broadway from a point north of St. James Ave. The house on the left is the St. James P.E. Rectory - after the rectory is the (old) "New" St. James Church, built 1848, Consecrated 1849, Enlarged 1871, and Completely Destroyed by Arson Oct. 1975. Beyond this Church, on the SE Corner of Corona Ave., is the Newtown Reformed Dutch Church. Taken Feb. 1923.
