Newtown - Henry Wolfert House - Glendale

Henry Wolfert House - Located on the south side of Cooper Ave. about 200 feet east of Dry Harbor Rd. (now 80th St.) Remodeled 1923, the lower portion was bricked. It was located in what became Atlas Terminal Industrial Area (From Hemmerdinger Estate Property - now Atlas mall), and was used as an office (at 80-00 Cooper Ave.) The house was demolished in the 1960s.
