Shanley's restaurant occupies Nos. 163-165 and was demolished in 1931. This with the adjoining structure (167) was sold as per New York Times of December 15, 1938. The latter housed a boys club; title being transferred by the R.C. Church of the Holy Name. The New York Sun of July 1O, 1939 reports the proposed erection of a sixstory elevator apartment house here.
